• The development of a Registered Training Organisation that is committed to improving outcomes for the service recipient, the learner and the workforce and community in general through the provision of innovative competency based, vocational training that is contextualized for the learner and responsive to learning needs.
• The development of innovative tools and processes that are affordable and accessible to enhance learning outcomes.
